The head of Serbian diplomacy emphasized our readiness to continue advancing the political dialogue with Angola and, in this regard, conveyed that we expect an exchange of visits at the highest level in the coming period.
On this occasion, Selaković thanked that the Angolan delegation at the High-Level Meeting on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the first conference of the Non-Aligned Movement was led by the minister of foreign affairs, noting that it was another confirmation of good and friendly relations between our two countries.
The minister also thanked for the firm position of Angola regarding the non-recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of the so-called Kosovo, expressing the expectation that clear and principled mutual support in international forums will continue.
Speaking about economic cooperation, Selaković pointed out that there is potential for its improvement, emphasizing that it is necessary to intensify talks and organize a business forum, in order to concretize cooperation in areas of common interest.
